Statement

Magnetic Island is known as a ‘wildlife island’.  Specific in its diverse natural environment, from  the beach and sea to the hiking trails, to the rocky outcrops,  to the wildlife. Along with the classified  ‘endangered’ koala there are multiple species calling this island home.  An animal that is most ‘IN DANGER’ especially where we co-exist on Magnetic Island is the Wallaby.
